| Essential Skills: | Good 3+ years hands-on experience in Centrify PAM operations and support activities. Good experience in onboarding of privileged accounts in Centrify PAM. Good knowledge of IAM and PAM processes and controls. Good analytical skill to identify/analyse customer reported issues. Ability to translate work with engineers from multiple disciplines using multiple disparate technologies. Good written and verbal communication skills (English). Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services. |
| Nice to Have Skills. | Experience in developing automation to streamline support, operations and account onboarding services. Experience on CyberArk, ideally on support services and privilege account onboarding on CyberArk Privilege Cloud. Knowledge on Active Directory with Kerberos, Azure Active Directory – SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM. Any relevant certifications on PAM products. |
