- Atleast 10+ years of O&G industry business consulting experience as part of a Tier 1 consulting firm or directly with O&G clients in markets such as North America, Europe & APAC.
- Atleast 10+ years of overall work experience with very good exposure and understanding of the IT services industry.
- Experience in leading & delivering large consulting projects with Tier 1 O&G clients in both upstream and downstream markets.
- In depth domain knowledge across O&G functions Digital Oil Field, Hydrocarbon accounting, petro technical services on the upstream side and Supply, trading, refining & distribution/retail operations on the downstream side
- All round experience & exposure across the O&G value chain – Upstream & Downstream with specific in depth experience in digitization for O&G industry
- Experience in working in an onsite-offshore operating model in an outsourced service environment.
- MBA from a Top Tier Business School.
