Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Program management:

• Do outreach, coordinate with the sales teams across countries/regions and ensure Opticamp is conducted smoothly.
• Understand the event expectations and help customize the opticamp content,
• Work on lead lists with cross channel objectives and collect questions to be addressed in the event.
• Maintain the centralized opticamp deck and collect questions asked by various agency teams for marketing/ product to address.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and product leadership on communicating the success of efforts.

Product Expertise:

Work with optimization score core group to continuously maintain and update any product changes and features, take major feedback to product teams and deliver training for agency practitioners.

Technical analysis and automation:

• Creating a lead list using data analysis,
• Making workshop experience seamless by using apps script based solutions,
• Creating long term and short term measurement structures for measuring effectiveness of opticamps,
• Automating any manual activity.
