| Primary Job Responsibilities: | Leverage deep expertise in Aerospace and Defense supply chain and provide tailored solutions that address A&D clients’ specific needsDevelop deep insights into A&D issues and develop recommendations towards process & digital solutions in A&D segment Generate proactive proposals to address A&D client issues, guide teams on proposal creation and positioningUnderstand A&D industry trends and develop Thought LeadershipDrive client engagement discussions and ensure successful delivery of advisory engagementsDrive research, analysis and discovery meetings to develop a full understanding of client’s vision and current statePerform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, capability analysis, recommendations and roadmapElicit business requirements and manage product backlogKeep product vision in line with business goals of customerInteract & work with senior customer leaders to build the practice & win consulting engagements |
| Competencies: (Desired/Necessary skills for this role) | Experience working for an Aerospace & Defense industry player in Supply Chain or Product Management, or as a consultant predominantly for Aerospace & Defense manufacturing clientsExcellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagementsMBA with an excellent academic background (preferred) |
