Job Description | Requirements: • Any Accounting Graduation. • Good level of English language (min. B2), • Good level of German language/ French language/ Italian language (min. B2), • Basic knowledge in accounting would be an asset, • Proficient user of the MS Office. • Attention to details, proactive approach, interpersonal skills. • Experience in a BPO area would be a plus Main responsibilities: • Must have good experience in any one of these areas Accounts payable or Accounts Receivable (OTC Claims) or Procurement or Logistics. • Daily customer contact through email, phone with the objective to solve cases with the objective to solve accounting related issues. • Monitoring of a portfolio of customers in order to keep the accounts up to date. • Preparation of account statements, payment schedules and account reconciliations. • Updating customer data. • Creating business relationships. |
