• Should have sound accounting knowledge and domain expertise in at least 2 of the 3 towers i.e. R2R, O2C and P2P.

• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of financial transactions.
• Intercompany Transactions: Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in the R2R process through automation and standardization.
• Lease accounting - Work experience in Lease accounting.

• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA/CPA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in R2R, General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting (preferably in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems; Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Leadership: Experience in leading a team of 5 members.

Job Overview: 
The Application Security Analyst is a foundational member of the new Application Security team at
Cardinal Health. This analyst blends their Software Development experience and education with a
desire for shifting Information Security to early in software development lifecycles (SDLCs) to serve
Cardinal Health's best interests, balancing security with software delivery. 
Responsibilities include the following: 
 Support the implementation and configuration of application security tools
 Partnering with application teams to assist with remediation of security gaps
 Assist in monitoring organizational compliance with Application Security standards
 Support the evaluation of new technologies and programming practices to facilitate application
team secure adoption across the enterprise
 Support ingesting application logs into SIEM and application monitoring and alerting systems to
help build detections indicating possible application attacks and resiliency issues
 Assisting the Incident Response team on application security investigations, where needed
 Collaborating across Information Security to advocate for Application Security 
 Building custom tooling when none exists to enable software teams to embed security into their
processes
 Executing on the Application Security roadmap with the guidance of senior technical leaders
Qualifications:
