We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead with 8-14 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in test strategy, planning, and execution, with a good understanding of automation testing. Additionally, holding CSM/PMP certification and excellent interpersonal skills to manage the Scrum for product development are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Design, create, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data to verify software functionality, performance, and security.
• Lead and coordinate the testing team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct test execution, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, effectively lead & manage the Scrum process for all teams. · Implement and oversee automation testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the testing process.
• Assertive involvement in the QA plan process for production roadmap to test planning execution to continuous product quality improvement and also performed Root Cause Analysis for serious flaws, and timely reporting.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and any potential risks or issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the testing process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead with 8-14 years of testing and quality assurance experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and test execution.
• Good understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools.
• CSM/PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in leading Scrum processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams.

Good experience in ASP.NET MVC, C# and Web API

Relevant programming experience, hands-on experience in .Net Technologies

Job Description :

We are looking for a Dot net developer to build software using languages and

technologies of the Microsoft framework. You will create applications from scratch,

configure existing systems and provide user support. We need a candidate having good

and prompt knowledge regarding Asp.net MVC or Dot net core .

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including

, ASP .NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, C, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

2. Prepare and maintain code for various web applications and resolve any defects

in systems.

3. Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an

action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

4. Manage defect tracking systems and resolve all issues and prepare an

update for systems.

5. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Experience in working as a process consultant or QA coordinator for projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst who is a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) for monthly financial operations. Someone who possesses an in-depth understanding of the Company’s product portfolio, revenue generation methods, and macroeconomic conditions impacting.  Someone that will challenge business trends, identify issues, key actions, and work with the countries to understand strategic implications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and conduct analysis that falls within the CFO’s scope, in order to inform executives and assist in decision making.
• Work closely with Accounting on 10Q, 10K, and valuation initiatives to manage monthly and quarterly close process for Corporate FP&A.
• Manage the short and long-range planning and forecasting processes.
• Support the Earnings Call materials and preparation.
• SME for running Corporate Financial exercises on a monthly basis
• Refine Corporate FP&A models, including working with the CFO on target setting.
• Influence decision making and identify finance priorities within the Corporate FP&A team.
• Develop and execute processes to allow for continuous analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, including metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

Desired skills & Qualification:

• B.Com/MBA/ CA

• Strong, professional communication, writing skills and curiosity to solve problems.
• Experience with Cognos, TM1, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of US GAAP and technical pronouncements a plus.

Responsible for designing and developing REST APIs using .Net Core

Framework and C#. Create high-performance REST APIs for financial

applications.

Qualifications :

B.Tech/BE or MCA

Experience :

3+ Years of experience as .Net Core Developer

Proficient in .Net Core and C#

Excellent knowledge in developing REST APIs and Entity Framework

Knowledge and experience in writing SQL, SPs, and Triggers

Sound knowledge in MVC frameworks and databases. Good project management skills
