Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing queries,
providing information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, adhering to

Key Responsibilities:

Market Outreach: Actively engage with potential merchants and businesses to introduce and explain the
benefits of our "WhatsApp Chatbot Service."
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product's features, advantages, and
applications to effectively communicate its value proposition.
Trial Distribution: During the first month, distribute 120 free 30-day trials of our product to prospective
customers, ensuring they experience the benefits firsthand.
Sales Experience: While prior sales experience is not mandatory, it is considered a strong asset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively
conveying product information and benefits.
Self-motivated: A proactive and self-driven approach to achieving targets and creating market
awareness.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers.
· Ability to work on the phones most of your day speaking with customers.
· Understanding client needs and helping them choose the pricing plans as per their
requirements.
· Making outbound cold calls to potential customers and scheduling appointments for our tech
reps for support/remote set up sessions.
· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
· Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process (helping them purchase the
product)
· You will be expected to make around 200-300 cold calls per day.
· Comfortable with web-based software and tools
· Making call transfers to tech team every day (at least 10 daily)
· Ability to create a good level of rapport with the customers by replying to their queries in a
timely fashion.
· Must be able to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets.
· Regular Follow up with the Customers to convert them to a happy paying customer and ensure
they are happy throughout the journey.
· Other responsibilities as needed

Responsibilities:

• To do local development based on the Local Requirements mentioned in the JIRA
• To Interact and understand the nature of issue, to provide bug fixes for the existing L3 Developments which are in production.
• To interact with the IT Business Team to understand the Local Requirement
• To support SIT / UAT phases of the Local Developments which are scheduled for production release.
• To be able to interact with Business Ops to get clarity on the requirements if need be.
• Consult with the Business IT team and Business Ops on the Local Solution approach for the Local requirements / workarounds / Fixes.
• Actively participate in the daily scrum call
• Should be an active team player
• Should have a learning attitude and patience to handle the Business Ops team in terms of answering the queries / clarifications raised by the users.

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree - Information Technology or equivalent qualifications

Knowledge of end to end Temenos Triple A / Wealthsuite components

Good knowledge of validation of data between T24 and TAP (B2F/F2B).

Very Good Knowledge of JIRA, HPSM, MS Excel

Experience and technical knowledge on Databases(Oracle) and Unix/Linux scripting

Preferably prior usage of Dynatrace and Splunk logs to identify/troubleshoot issues

Experience:

Responsibilities:

1. Should have at least 1 ETE SAP HCM implementation experience

2. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM

3. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

4. Experience on SAP HCM modules including requirements gathering, planning, and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

5. Comprehensive Functional Knowledge in SAP HCM and thorough understanding of the customer needs

6. Have Hands-on experience in Schemas, PCRs, Function Features. Payslip Configuration using PE51 HRFORMS, Configuration for Payscale Structure, Tax Code assignment, Form16, Tax Simplifier and other statutory Requirements.

7. Worked thoroughly with requirements such as Increment run, Off-cycle process, Regular Payroll, Full Final settlement, Tax declaration in R/3 and ESS application, Payroll integration with Time Finance.

• Should have experience in creating reports for master data and time off.

RCM 

• 5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Worked on one or more implementations and at least one support project.  
• Extensive experience in managing requisitions and offer templates. 
• Good experience in RCM to ONB integration process.  
• Should have deep hands-on configuration experience in candidate applications, Requisition templates, offer letters, integration with employee central, and onboarding.  
• Good Knowledge and understanding of RCM, ONB Reports  
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes

JOB DESCRIPTION :
