• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5 years of Full stack engineering expertise with languages like Sql, C#, Python and Proficiency in designing architecture, building API Integrations, configuring and deploying cloud services, setting up authentication, monitoring and logging
• Experience in implementing enterprise systems in production setting for AI, computer vision, natural language processing. Exposure to self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Experience with information storage/retrieval using vector databases like pinecone.
• Strong understanding and exposure in natural language generation or Gen AI like transformers, LLM’s, text embedding’s.
• Experience with designing scalable software systems for classification, text extraction/summary, data connectors for different formats(pdf, csv, doc, etc)

Qualifications

Demonstrated technical expertise in two or more technology areas (compute, storage, network, data, etc)

Experience as a software developer with knowledge of automation, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps + CI/CD tools and processes

Strong background in information security practices, controls, and governance (CISSP preferred)

5+ years of experience as a technical resource within an IT organization (enterprise / matrixed organization preferred)

2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (operational experience preferred for AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)

PKI and Cryptography methods both on premise and cloud

Key and Certificate Management Platforms

PKIs – specifically Microsoft ADCS and Entrust MSO

Ability to troubleshoot customer-reported issues in certificate management.

Experience with cryptography, HSMs, and Linux-based operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years’ experience with the Venafi Trust Protection Platform (TPP)

3+ years’ experience supporting certificate authorities (Entrust or the Microsoft ADCS)

Must be willing to work after-hours and weekends when technical issues arise which require immediate resolution.
