Job Description
- Understand end-to-end Organizational Change Management framework for Technology and Digital transformation programs
- Collaborate with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine change management scope and effort
- Apply Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodology and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes
- Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) to identify key impacts, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Work on Training needs with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine training scope and effort

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop comprehensive AI strategies that align with their objectives • Assess, Identify and suggest use cases to the customer by understanding their landscape and business • Design AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies. • Developing innovative solutions on Gen AI using Azure Open AI and Copilot Studio • Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions and optimize processes • Provide the insights on latest technology trends, market trends and suggest solution in customer ecosystem • Bring thought leadership and drive customer towards it • Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering • Prepare solution architecture and design documents for proposed solution • Participate/Lead design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements • Support on proposal work – estimation, solutioning, etc., • Recommend best practise to the customer and technical team |
