| Job Description | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 9 - 12 years of total experience with minimun 5 years of Salesforce platform experience, including proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and tools like Data Loader and Salesforce Reports. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required. Proven ability to navigate and manage complex Salesforce ecosystems in enterprise environments. Self-starter with team management experience, capable of working independently, solving problems, and delivering results for diverse stakeholders. An agile mindset to drive data-driven decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver business value using human-centered design and Agile/Scrum methodologies. |
