Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Service modules) to meet business requirements.
- Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, web resources, and HTML.
- Develop server-side customizations using C# and .NET assemblies.
- Design and develop REST APIs for system integrations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, with and without middleware.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize source control tools (GIT, VSS) for code management.
- Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance productivity and automation.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services such as Function Apps and Service Bus for integration and process automation.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online (Service modules).
- Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and web resources.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and extension concepts.
- Proven experience in REST API development and integration.
- Experience integrating with external systems using REST APIs (both direct and middleware-based).
- Working knowledge of source control tools (GIT, VSS, or similar).
- Good understanding of Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services like Function App and Service Bus.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of security roles and privilege management in Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
