    Job description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead functional workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business processes into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure D365 F&SCM modules such as:
  • Supply Chain: Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Master Planning
  • Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Project Delivery
  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations (Fit-Gap analysis, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
  • Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate with stakeholders during cutover and go-live phases.
  • Provide post-go-live hypercare support and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between business users and technical developers.
  • Deliver end-user training and produce clear documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Guide clients on best practices, business process optimization, and D365 capabilities.
  • Functional Expertise
  • Apply domain knowledge to deliver process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and RSAT for tracking and quality assurance.
  • Support pre-sales solutioning if required.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Deep functional knowledge in either Finance or Supply Chain, or both.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Experience with tools such as LCS, RSAT, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
