Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Vlocity)

Experience Range: 6–9 years

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kochi & Trivandrum

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development (minimum 5+ years)
• Expertise in Vlocity (OmniStudio), LWC (Lightning Web Components), Salesforce Data Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development tools
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and development methodologies
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Strong skills in data model design, data integrity, and query optimization (SOQL/SOSL)
• Proven ability in custom application development and configuration within Salesforce platform
• Technical leadership experience—guiding and mentoring junior developers
• Code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing application support
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (design, deployment guides, etc.)
• Focus on performance tuning and application scalability

Good to Have Skills

• Prior experience in Health Cloud implementations
• Familiarity with Salesforce mobile (Salesforce1) and OmniStudio components
• Knowledge of ETL tools and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica)

Salesforce Certifications

• Must Have:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Good to Have:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Vlocity Developer Certification
  • Other Salesforce Cloud-specific certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Consultant)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
