Qualifications
14 years or more of relevant experience
BTech or above or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree be required

Subject Matter Expert in complete Retail solutions and strong in Supply chain domain with expertise in Manhattan Warehouse Management and Order Management Systems.
Establish Delivery, Consulting and Quality Engineering practice in Manhattan WMS.
Experience in designing solutions working with Manhattan and other consultants.
Good working experience with domain such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Distribution Order Management, EEM, Transportation Management System (TMS), Billing Management, Supply Chain intelligence, JDA Allocations, SAP IS Retail, Oracle Retail applications, Slotting optimization and Labor Management.
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company’s business objectives.
Demonstrates knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.
Demonstrates general understanding of hardware/software platforms including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies.
Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.
Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems.
Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages.
Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
Demonstrates knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents.
Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis.
Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
Leads/Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
Projects may have significant and long-term impact
Provides solutions which may set precedent
Determines method for completion of new projects with team
Receives guidance on overall project objectives from local / onshore leadership
Acts as a local mentor to less experienced colleagues
Servant Leader responsible for managing/coaching agile software development teams in delivery of software products to market
Partners with stakeholders and the development team to establish a product roadmap and ensures there is a shared understanding of product/business requirements’
Partners with stakeholders to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures and practices
Collaborates with stakeholders to aggressively address issues, risks and mitigation plans
Ensures that software development teams have the resources in place that they need to deliver software products
Work with team to estimate and size work, establishes and maintains a burn up against milestones
Partners with product manager to establish and manage expectations around milestones and schedule
Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Provide coaching on the adoption and improvement of agile/lean management and engineering practices on teams
Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration
Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, especially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards Iteration and release goals, and team capacity
Ensures iteration-based meetings are effectively facilitated, the outcomes are achieved, and their cadence is maintained

Gains consensus from various parties involved
Tracks and manages the team delivery against fiscal year budget
Responsible for staffing the team as needed
