- ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, and AngularJS.
- Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and other integration methods.
- ITAM/SAM Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT Asset Management processes, software discovery, license models, and compliance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience with 3+ years in SAM.
