Job Description | Brief Description The position of an outbound executive is to outcall customers and address their queries requests or complaints. The nature of these calls can vary from inquiring about the product delivery to returning the product. The agent needs to possess persuasive skills to retain customers and provide an end-to-end resolution. Roles and Responsibilities • Make calls and address customer’s queries, requests, or complaint • Handle customer inquiries over the phone as well as via email • Manage and resolve customer complaints • Provide customers with product and service information • Research required information using available resources • Follow up with customers as committed or whenever required • Document call information Key Competencies and Skills • Verbal and written communication skills • Typing speed of minimum 28 wpm with 90% accuracy • Listening skills • Problem-solving and problem analysis • Customer service orientation • Stress tolerance • Teamwork • Judgement • Adaptability • Negotiation skills |
