• Detailed Job Description –  

> Lead, mentor, and oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise, training, and resources to execute their responsibilities effectively.

> Establish clear, measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, including supervisory roles, to align with organizational and client expectations.

> Ensure the seamless delivery of SOC services, meeting contractual obligations and exceeding client satisfaction through continuous service improvements.

> Proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate security threats, safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical systems and data.

> Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of SOC personnel, fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining operational excellence.

> Guide the team in preparing detailed biweekly, monthly, and quarterly SOC reports, incorporating key metrics.

> Effectively present SOC performance reports to client leadership, including the CISO, CTO, and other stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Relevant professional certifications in Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to set and achieve goals and objectives for the team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
