| Job Description | The Work Itself • Design and implement Dynamic Data Masking (DDM) / Test Data Management (TDM) solutions and capabilities that are clearly aligned to Ally’s business, technology, and threat drivers. • Lead a large scale, multi-year data masking program across multiple systems, data domains, data sources • Drive data masking architecture design & development for persistent data masking and Test Data Management • Lead planning and product evaluation activities for 3rd party masking solutions including IBM Optim, Delphix etc. • Lead efforts to identify and protect production data in lower environments and develop best practices for secure data movement across enterprise • Develop masking solutions and procedures for structured database platforms and unstructured data stores on-prem and cloud • Develop self-service data masking operating model to promote the methodology of repeatable processes. • Identify, develop, and deploy TDM/Data Masking reusable components as appropriate • Document data security process flows, prepare dependency charts and determine lineage between business and IT needs • Assist with the documentation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scripting solutions for masking automation • Collaborate with the project team members to produce weekly status report, and weekly project log consisting of issues, risks, action items, and progress against planned activities leveraging an Agile development methodology • Develop BAU Operational Plans and co-ordinate daily planning & status check-in meeting with team to review project activities, issues, risks and challenges • Maintain documentation and define best practices for masking technology and operational procedures in Confluence The Skills You Bring • 5+ years of Data Discovery and Persistent Data Masking experience using Informatica / IBM Optim / Delphix or other industry standard tools and technologies • 5+ years of information security systems experience • 4+ years of experience defining data masking processes, implementation and support including Test Data Management • 4+ years of ETL architecture development, design and development experience • 2+ Year of working experience in Amazon Web Serves (AWS) and Azure data Masking and Security • Knowledge of Data Security capabilities Encryption, Tokenization (Protegrity, Thales/Vormetric, etc.), De-identification (Hashing, Masking, Redaction etc.) (Delphix, Informatica, Privitar, etc.), and Key and Certificate Management (Entrust, Thales/Gemalto, Venafi, etc.) • Knowledge of Data inventory, data flow mapping, encryption techniques, application integration patterns, and encryption deployment methods • Experience working with Data Architecture and Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements. • Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications, sub setting, etc. • Experience working with relational and Non-Relational data stores like DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, RDS, DynamoDB etc • Familiarity with data catalog and data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners (including senior leadership) with focus on informing, influencing, and relationship building. • One or more of these certifications strongly preferred: CISM, CISSP, CEH, CRISC, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Security • Knowledge of Compliance aspects of PCI, SOX, GLBA, NYDFS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other relevant laws and regulations • Ability to learn research and come up to speed quickly on new technology areas |
