Expectations:

Assist in the management and administration of the Centrify/Delinea Secret Server.  Act as a resource for teams new to the Centrify platform and conduct help sessions and one-on-one assistance as needed.  Work as a liaison between the endpoint teams and the Centrify vendor to drive and resolve issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a related field.   

• 5-6 years of experience in both Windows and Linux
• 3 years of experience in Password Access Management
• 5 years of experience scripting/developing automations in languages such as Linux Shell, Powershell (preferred), or Python
• Skilled in troubleshooting methodologies
• Must have excellent written and oral communications, including technical documents, and process documents.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Participate in the preparation of materials and oral presentations for customers and management.
• May be required to work off-shift, weekend, and overtime hours.
• Follow requirements from our Centrify SME for projects and outcomes and produce required product for review.
• Monitor team distribution list for customer request, contact customer with clarifying questions.
• Create documentation and diagrams to Chalk page and update documentation.
• Assist in migration efforts from the old platform to the new Secret server platform

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant experience. 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Centrify software preferred – Other PAM software may be substituted considered.
• Strong proficiency in scripting language – linux shell, Powershell and/or Python
• Experience using REST API to pull data is a plus
• Strong communications skills.  A large portion of this job is interacting with customers who may have limited knowledge/experience with the tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment and networks.
