| Job Description | Job Description: Required Skills: • Proven knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies and best practices • Understanding of Automotive / Electronics/Embedded / Hi-Tech Systems/ Platforms • International automotive clients exposure • Good understanding of product life cycle & business / services business • Understanding of markets / overall Business • Excellent leadership skills • Strong interpersonal / customer relation, and communication skills. • Ability to train, coach and mentor the team Preferred Skills: • Proficient in handling global customers; • Conducting marketing research and statistical analysis; creating go to market strategies. • Good Understanding of relevant International and National business requirements and taxations • Multitasker and ability to handle multiple clients from multiple geographies Job Responsibilities: • Manage Sales team for varied geographies • Meeting the revenue targets • Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and monitor the same for execution. • Identifying and networking with the potential customers and get the leads as per organization’s business requirements • Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with the customers • Conceptual thinking to propose / discuss client solutions • Be aware of the market/business trends and propose plan to the management to grow in the market • Lead and motivate team members • Assisting marketing team in forming marketing strategies • Building brand awareness and positioning |
