Job Description
| 1. JOB PURPOSE: |
| To conduct business analysis and assist in implementing technology solutions in an efficient way by determining the requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders. Be a Technology advisor and subject matter expert on Consumer (Retail) Channel Banking – Internet Banking, Mobile banking, SMS banking, Wearable banking platforms that support digital transformation. Establish trusted partnerships with Business, Product Owners, Operations and processing teams, Vendors, Technology and other internal teams. |
| 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: |
| Generic Accountability Seconded from Business, on need basis; Co-exists along with PO only in small & large initiatives for administrative supportPerform business analysis, enhancements and changesAssist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in the developing system training artefactsDefines service value chains and detailed processesArticulates functional / non-functional requirements |
| 3. JOB CONTEXT: |
| Specific Accountability Convert specified and unspecified business needs to technology specificationsArticulate current and future capabilities clearly and confidently to business and technology stakeholders.Understanding of business and technical architecture, system features and ability to apply this knowledge in projects.Conceptualize & review solutions for the requirements raised by business teams and coordinate with required stakeholders for delivery.Participate in all project related activities with regards to requirements gathering, planning, implementation, as well as system & user acceptance testing.Support the Program/project managers and Product Owner in driving the project delivery and meeting business objectives.Relentlessly be the voice of business and customer while driving technology led business solutions.Conduct end user training and ensuring the required knowledge transfer to key team members is set in place. |
| 4. EXPERIENCE: |
| Minimum Experience 3-5 years of Experience as a BA, preferably in BFS domainWorking Knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, VisioProficient experience with data visualizationProven capabilities in project and user-testing managementProficient technical writing capabilitiesProven analytical abilitiesHands-on experience generating process documentation and reportsProficiency in Statistical languages, statistical software is good to haveExtensive analytical capability with use of toolsExperience in business change through analytical skillsKnowledge of Agile product ownership practice |
