JD – Consultant / Sr Consultant – Consumer Lending domain

• 4-10 years of experience working with a Consumer Lending Division of an organization in India and/or an IT Consulting firm specializing in Lending domain (Preferred worked in Indian Market)
• Good understanding of the loan origination lifecycle and experience working on leading Loan origination systems operating in India geography
• Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis, GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Delivery
• Facilitate Requirement discussion with business owners and technical developers, gather document and manage requirements.
• Proficient in creating Requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)
• Preferably Agile experience – EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Participate in client engagement (pursuits, projects, discussions) and provide value add to the client from a domain/business point of view
• Excellent communication & presentation skills , Excellent stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting
