  1. Domain Skills: Understanding of financial products, Investment Banking, trade lifecycle, post trade processes. Ask for details about their projects and the role played. You can dig deeper in the sub-domain candidates have worked on.
  2. BA skills: Familiarity with the requirement analysis and documentation, BRD/FRDs, process flows, Use cases etc. We have tried to filter Ops profiles and looking for IT BA skills.
  3. Agile Skills: Increasingly our clients are asking for Agile experience. Please check if the candidates have experience and understanding of Agile SDLC. You can ask questions related user stories, acceptance criteria, roles played by PO & Scrum Master, sprint, daily stand up, retrospective etc.
  4. Data Analysis: Experience of Data analysis, Data mapping, SQL, data visualization tools
  5. Practice Fitment: Past experience in BD support, thought leadership, knowledge of latest tech trends etc
