Responsibilities:
 Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to project closure, ensuring
adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and
timelines, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
 Coordinate and manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment,
to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
 Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, delegating tasks, and
fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
 Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other
stakeholders to maintain transparent project status updates and manage expectations.
 Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to
ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
 Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry
standards throughout the project lifecycle.
 Prepare and present project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs),
to senior management and clients.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to
enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
 Manage project change requests and variations, assessing their impact on scope, time,
and budget, and communicating changes to relevant parties.
 Ensure timely resolution of project issues and conflicts, fostering positive relationships
with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
(master’s degree preferred).
 Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record
of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
 Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and
industry best practices.
 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage
teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Auto
Cad, or similar applications.
 Solid understanding of budget management, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
 Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address project-related
challenges.
 Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
 PMP certification or relevant project management certification is a plus.
 Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
