Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce the company’s products
or services. - Engage in active and persuasive communication to build interest and trust with
prospects. - Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and fit for the
company’s offerings. - Present product information and pricing to potential customers clearly and
effectively. - Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales and achieve set targets.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects and
customers. - Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain and nurture the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to meet and exceed sales
goals. - Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills
and techniques. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field is a
plus). - Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and sales-closing abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
