Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce the company’s products
    or services.
  2. Engage in active and persuasive communication to build interest and trust with
    prospects.
  3. Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and fit for the
    company’s offerings.
  4. Present product information and pricing to potential customers clearly and
    effectively.
  5. Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales and achieve set targets.
  6. Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects and
    customers.
  7. Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain and nurture the sales pipeline.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to meet and exceed sales
    goals.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  10. Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills
    and techniques.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications:
  12. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field is a
    plus).
  13. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  15. Strong persuasion and sales-closing abilities.
  16. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  17. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  18. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  19. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  20. Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.
  21. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
