Designation: Tech Support Engineer (L1 or L2)
Role: To support the Japanese customers of the Smart Chat product of our Client
Qualification: The Candidate should at least possess an undergraduate degree.
Experience: Minium experience in Japanese language support is 2 years
Job Description:
- The tech support resource will be identifying the tickets raised by the Customers of the Client and assigning it to himself/herself to work on resolution.
- The tech support resource will attempt to resolve all these tickers as per the FAQs, Knowledge base and product training provided by the client.
- The tech support resource will ensure the Service Levels are adhered to while resolving the tickets.
- The tech support resource will escalate to the next level of support if the resolution is not available for raised ticket.
- The tech support resource will follow all quality guidelines stipulated by the client and ensure exceptional customer experience is delivered.
- Must be N1, N2, N3 certified at the least.
Operational Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Japanese time (4:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST)
