Key Responsibilities/Skills:

• Require a SAP CRM Functional resource with around 4 to 8 years’ experience, to carry out the following responsibilities .
• Provide solution delivery and production support for SAP CRM Mktg and Sales business application
• Design solutions in SAP CRM including marketing and service campaigns .
• Create user stories and tasks in Rally tool .
• Adhere to Incident Management process for providing production support .
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues .
• Create and validate production support related documentations. .
• Responsible for technical co-ordination with technical team .
• Effectively communicate with customer, completes action items on a timely basis and escalate to relevant stakeholders, wherever required .
• Responsible for meeting production support targets. . Adhere to appropriate security and control processes .
• Perform initial analysis for application enhancements .
• Effectively communicates with the customer on a day to day basis, resolves action items and escalate issues to the relevant stake holders on need basis
